Applications have been reviewed
 

I hope the thread title doesn't dissapoint people because the new members haven't been posted in here or anything, but I am just here to say that the applications have all been reviewed. However, we need a couple days to make a decision and decide what is the best course of action when making a hire. So if you're going to ask me if anyone has been hired yet, or who was chosen, or what happens now, I will refer directly to this thread, it just saves me a bit of mine and your time.

For those who didn't get applications in, that doesn't mean you are totally out of the race just yet, but I will say that your chances of becoming a member on the team are less than those who took the time to write one and send it in to be reviewed. We learned quite a bit of information from those who sent in their information, and it's easier for us to make a decision on that as opposed to someone who simply asks and gives brief details about themselves.

So don't hold your breath, a decision will hopefully be made very soon.

Excellent. Take your time, choose wisely because the outcome affects all the playerworlds and it is a big decision. I've patiently waited to hear the news and I am sure everyone else can do the same.

I wonder who it will be. Hmmm, I hope its someone very good! I want some servers to be put up!

Im sure they will hire sensible and decent people for the job. After all Aftershock and Nemesis will have them on the team, they don't want an immature person who doesn't know what he/she is doing to work on the team, well I doubt they do.


I suppose it would depend on what they are doing. If they are devloping well, and looking very promising with lots of new things that were not there before, then I guess that its okay to give them more time. But if they look the same size or quality or they think it wont get any players then maybe it could come down, or be opened to see if it will get any players at all.

Its gonna take them 2 weeks to hire people?

No, I'm actually hoping to talk to Nemesis a bit more on Monday/Tuesday so we can make a decision that week. I haven't been able to come on Friday, Saturday, and I don't think I can come on Sunday either, it's just the way my life is, I have a job that consumes most of that time.

Next week? Wow thats still sooner than I thought. Because no telling how many applications nem had to sort through then pick out the good ones and check and re-check everything.. I bet that sucked lol.

Yes well Aftershock said they may get a decission, but he'd have to talk to Nem, and they/he would have to decide that week. And yes I'd imagine Nem had alot of applications to sift through.

He posted that he had 45 apps.
Still, you'd have to sit down for a while and get the job done, otherwise it'd take forever if you did little chunks...
