Why? why dont you think acctually being able to dance and sleep would be cool? why the **** not? cause your an ass thats why you just dont like me suggesting cool stuff! well hey guess what? its cool being able to dance at a dance then looking like your humping then!

All of those give you items that you can sell.

How about the skill Dancing? you get the skill and an item maybe called dancing and you use it like the Flute to dance different..also barb stands for...?

Bards are those musical happy people that can play harps and flutes and all that stuff and prance around dancing happily, etc.

I think that dancing should be a skill. It's a good idea. There're only two skills that add to personality as it is, a third wouldn't hurt! :)

Bard = Bard, wandering minstrels. And deman, what the heck is your problem? you don't flame people for their thoughts, that almost as bad as hating people for their race. The reason why I don't think there should be a /dance command is because then people will want joke /gani commands. Then everyone is gonna walk around playing constant ganis, lag the server, and everything crashes. Dance should not be an item, you can't carry dance with you, it's a part of you, not an object. a skill for dancing? yes, that's an alright idea, though it'd be hard to make all the ganis for it.

let's make karsh make the ganis :)

Every Kingdom should have a native dance, and with the dance skill you can learn the dances of the various Kingdoms ..

If ganis lagged the server, then walking, standing, killing a monster, etc would lag the server. So lets just get rid of all ganis so we're all invisible and can't do anything ;)

well if theres going to be a dance skill there has to be a gani eventually :o

depends what dances tho =o ball dances, slow dances, etc etc. maybe to higher level you can dance more styles or something hehe.

ok, I don't mean the ganis, I mean the scripting behind it, if you have people playing it over and over and over it'll be like how praying used to be, fine, maybe it's not the best reason to say why not, but I was tired k? I'll look it over and come up with a better one.

Edit: ah, yes, the main reason...it's going to be annoying, people are gonna start to use it like the currently grab and pull people, what I hate the most is when I'm semi-AFK and people (even allies of my kingdom...) start to push or pull me around...have you no respect? Damn, I outrank most of you, and those that I don't, heck, they don't do this kind of stuff, so respect your Elders.

maybe the higher the skill level, the more complicated the dance? Or some text-based selection, like "you readied walz"...

This is the Saturday meat in a way but Vlad i pull you around all the time and you dont care X_x. any ways Vlad is right the scripting behind it would be bad. especialy the #u (ksay) and would create gargantuan ammounts of lag client side and it would be worse if it were server side like the: /puke, /dance, /cry things were abused so would this + whats it's point nothing. basically your taking up room on the server with un-needed stuff. one of the things i hope to accopmlish is to go through what DeBug things i have with permission and clean out old or unnescary files that are just taking up room. if you find some useful purpose then maybe yes if no then basically its just a dead idea.

I let friends push/pull me around because I consider them equals, but I hate when foolish Dustarians or Forest members decide it's fun to push/pull around the Chancellor.

Can't other people have some fun? Jesus, you're restricting a lot of things to only your friends. At least let neutral people do stuff with you.

It would require the client to send a tiny message to the server. Unless it did this something like five hundred times a second, there would be no threat whatsoever.

First of all, there is no such thing as #u(). Second of all, playing a simple gani does not cause any noticable clientside showdown.

How would you feel if you were just idling around, and someone walks up to you out of nowhere and starts to push you places? You don't even know this person!
