Concerning VIPs & Graal:Shifting Ages
 

Though I was planning on waiting a bit to release this bit of info, I thought I should give VIPs a little something to look forward to.

At the alpha/beta testing stages of Graal:Shifting Ages, I plan on releasing the world only to VIPs. During this time, the VIPs will be able to enjoy the world, while they report bugs to me so I can ensure a secure playing time. At the official release, all VIPs will be given special benefits throughout the world as well, as thanks for the help on testing.

I cannot say how long it will be until I am at the testing stages, but you will know when it comes. All non-VIP will be denied access until official release, which could be a while after beta.

I will let everyone know when the time is here, but it could be a while. It could also be soon. I cannot tell hehe.

Hopefully it will give all you angry VIPs something to look forward to.

The PW section is full today! And yes thats nice, but still doesn't add up to the value of a VIP account.

Yeah, that could be cool.

Finally VIP people get something.

Ahaha... VIPs are getting something good finally that isn't even from Stefan or Unixmad. Keen.

It's a nice offer for VIP members. I'm still not to sure about the managment or if I want to play it as I stated a while back in another thread that was deleted. But perhaps I was mistaken and I might just take a look will wait and see.

Hmm well, I don't know why you have problems with me as a manager (to draygin), but I can assure you it will be a fairly managed world. People helping me get angry with me because they want more access. I give people access to what they need, allowing no corruption to occur. There is not a single person with half the rights I have on the server, and I doubt there will be, because people will get access to what they need to do a job.

As for when players are playing the world...the RC will not be used what so ever. No one but me will have access to change accounts, and things of that sort. Also, I plan on playing my world as well, with the players, with no unfair advantages.

lol! You're not the only one that gives specific rights ;) Countless times have I had where at least one staff member would goad me for more rights. Everytime I said no. And...get on AIM! :p

That's exactly why I didn't rush out and get a VIP account - BECAUSE NOTHING WAS THERE.

Hehe..well, there will be something there soon. And probably alot more then that....;)

Neat, finally a use for my VIP account..I have 260 something days left, so start working faster :p

Well if you brough VIP and got nothing after one year, wouldn't you expect a refund?

Nobody that has bought a VIP account has had it for a year yet. And they do get access to these Forums so it's not like they have gotten nothing for it.

Gold people get access with out VIP. I got VIP 2 days before I got gold again and during those 2 days it didnt even work on the forums. You would think that before selling a product they would have at least taken the time to set something up. I mean if they didnt even have something as simple as forum access set up they had no business selling it. I dont know when they finally got VIP membership working I think it was like a week later.

I understand what you are saying because I had a gold account (with about 9 months left on it) when I got the VIP account , was it worth it for me? Prolly not , but it isn't the first time I have wasted money for something for Graal. *Shrugs*

I think unix should extend people that bought the VIP's a while ago.
