hmm yeah, alot a traffic recently. We could do with a MOD I suppose.

Do you really think one will be chosen this way?

I've been avoiding this section of the forums alot lately because there seems to be no activity. I always come here to rate levels though and give you all advice. :) Mabey a moderator could help the catagory out? :)

I don't think this fourm really needs a mod.
There is very little here that is posted that is not suitable for the fourms so I don't see why one would be needed.
What little there is can be easily dealt with by the supermods.

Definately, and I've been staying away since it hasn't gotten traffic. I guess Spanky out of all of those if any.

And what's there to "ok" about Excalibur. Obviously he hasn't been around because he didn't have an account to post. He reupgraded a few days ago and now he's back.


[Edit] Also, I don't really think there is a point to discuss something like this. There have been so many threads made before about this after mmmkay left and nothing was done. Basically just let them add a mod if they feel they need one.

Spanky has 2 accounts: Aknts, and like Spanky_s or something. Excalibur posts all the time, leave him alone. He re-upgraded. And I want to put this to see what people's CURRENT thoughts are.

The only one I remember Spanky using is Aknts, and he used koni's on the forums for a little I believe, or vice versa.

I just have Aknts.
The only reason I didn't post was b/c I didn't have an upgraded account. Like 2 days after I re-upgraded I posted a tutorial so I mean im trying to help people out. Im not trying to convince anyone in voting for me. Don't get me wrong, I have already talked to Kai about the mods job and all he has said was give it/him some time so thats what Im doing. It doesn't need to be rushed.

By the way I just got Head Level Maker again on GBM even though no one ever plays it hardly =(.

We dont need one its not like any one spams in this forum. For the most part its just serious people making levels. But out of those listed I would say spanky or none.

Also in regards to being Head LAT on GBM congrats but there is like no lats. :p At least not any active ones that I know of.

Most of them wouldn't work anyway. It will probably be better with just an admin working by his self.

Nah to much work. Just need to asign lat's jobs. That was the biggest complaint from most staff I've seen waiting for some one to give them jobs to do.

True. He needs to hire friends, as they wont play him for a fool, they will help him alot that way. I think the main problem with 2001 along with classic is its TOO big. So updates go un-noticed, and it just seems boring and a drag to update due to the man hours needed to edit/improve it all.

Back on topic, I think this should of been done a different way.

I mean look, that Paradox guy has 0 votes, and Spark said he wouldn't even want to mod it. What you should of did was had a thread of nominations as there have been in the past, then they have to accept. It's pointless having votes go to people who wouldn't want to mod. Just my thoughts on how you should of did it if you really felt the need to.

I would really like to be mod. Its just dragin thinks I pointed out something in that sticky and he felt I was only doing it to outshow someone because I was in this thread.

Actually I dont think any one should be a Mod here. We dont need one. Not like people go around spamming here mostly just people helping each other. Any major issue can easily be handled by a High up Mod like Aftershock or Kaimetsu on the rare occasion some one does start spamming up this forum.

You already said this. And what about someone that is only dedicated to the LAT section. It gets a fair amount of traffic. And posts go off topic, such as the "Tips" one that is in the forum now. And also, someone who can stick/unstick threads without a supermod having to be contacted.

How often does that happen? It is a very rare occasion and even which has already resolved itself with all parties involved at least content with the other. Sticky and unsticking things is a valid point. But how often is it needed?
