Battle mode?
 

Just suppose I'm the biggest **** on the server right now.

Since I chose being a Priest, and worshipping Bile (for now), using cause light wounds praying spell seems to fend off quit well against enemies, and I was having a great time boosting my wisdom exp with it killing t-rexes and the such. But for a while, it was going quit well, but now it's slowed down some, and sometimes not at all. When I kill T-Rexes, the exp doesn't even raise at all. And monsters like wolves/dievels only raise it a couple of 100 points. Someone told me It's because I'm on peaceful mode, and that I should join a kingdom and turn to battle mode. Soo I tried asking the leaders of a couple of kingdoms (dustari and samurai I think were the only ones) only to be ignored. So for now, I think it'll be a while before I join a kingdom. And I'm not going to wait that long, so is there any way for me to go into battle mode BESIDES joining a kingdom?

Edit: This is the only way I can attack stuff. Using prayer spells. I have a sword, but I only have like, 51 HP, soo I get mauled to bits before I even take a couple of hits off.

Well its up to you in the joining battlemode part, but at your level i wouldnt, everyone will kill you just for your money *wink* but it does give u like double exp

I only have like, 10 plat :\ I don't even need it.

Peaceful mode gets 75% xp

Battle mode gets 100% xp

The difference is minimal

Soo even if I wasn't ganing that much exp from monsters, battle mode wouln't change it that much?

Aye, exactly. It's not really worth the risk (most people in battle mode are very powerful and would kill you).

Yeah, and plus there are strong people who wait at the unstick me place swinging there swords, hoping someone will appear there so they can kill them.

I don't bother waiting outside to kill you, I stay in postoffice. Thats my territory. :)

Yeah, battle mode pretty much sucks >=(. I've had to log off 3 times from people trying to kill me, and one time because some goof ball casted that ice storm spell (or whatever o.o). Now I'm starting to get some money, and I'm not going to lose it over something I can completley avoid :\ /

When I first went to battle mode, I was being killed by dozens of people left and right. After the PKers actually get to know me though, they don't attack me as much... I was being attacked by: Westo, Boukon, Infinite, Anu, Demous, and some others.

Mostly I got attacked because Westo killed me, and then all his buddies jumped me every time I tried to kill him back. :|

i wouldn't go in battle mode unless iw as level 20 ;[

I entered bmode at level 13, of course, at that time, treasure maps were just out, so level 13 was a relatively high level.
