Total RP
 

I think we should make Bomy Moon total RP or atleast focus 90% on it. There are two forms of RPing on graal. Theres a Kingdoms kind and then theres the old fashion Bomy Moon way. Most people I talk to say they liked the Bomy Moon way better but they dont play because of the player shortage. We have to find a way to get our players back and I think if that means to go classic we should do that.

Firstly it needs players.
But I don't think it should be completly RP based.
I think there was a good balance a while back between RPing and the econemy.
Although I think it would be a good idea to make some more single player things to do.
Something really fun, like classic bowling, except something that isn't somewhere else or isn't done particuraly well somewhere else.

what would be cool is to make levels for rping online with other people :D but you wouldn't be able to make npcs :D

And how exactly do we go classic? Only Stefan can make us classic, and he said he isn't going to.

Getting a player count up is easy it just requires a little bit of effort. You get a few people have them RPing doing something fun. Some one logs on bored wonders hey I wonder what those guys are doing. He comes and joins in, then he decides to stay comes back the next day.. so on and so forth eventually you will have a some what stable community. It worked on Graal2000 that server went from a population of about 0 to around 23 players at night.

It gives the people who do not like to RP something to do.
True it might be boring and repetative to get the money for all the collectables but some people enjoyed doing it so I don't see why it would be ignored.

Also, if you haven't noticed, in his the majority of responses say moderate but the votes say total rp...wonder why? =p

Economy is 50% of the fun on the server. I love collecting hats, bomy's, villas, player-houses, dolls, instruments, everything! If your opinion of collecting is that it's crap then just don't! Total rp would be rping as it is now cept no economy smart ass ^-^

Total RP would just turn Bomy Moon into a Valikoria with a $39 a year price tag.

I wouldn't play that if you paid me.

Personally I don't see the fun in LABOR...I don't see how collecting something is fun..considering the fact you don't even use it after the 5 mins you got it. Also what happens when you've collected it all....what then...what are you going to collect? If you all love collecting why the hell are not even playing Graal2001?

I'm sure you can still collect when roleplaying I mean a hermit collects stuff right? Nobody says you can't roleplay as a merchant, or antquies dealer, whatnot. I think everybody should consider atleast trying total roleplaying..

Also as for Valikoria Roleplaying...they wouldn't know roleplaying if it hit them upside the head.

Notice how I said its a different form of Rping? Its nothing like Valikoria.

That's because Graalians wouldn't know roleplaying if it hit them upside the head. RPing, on Graal, is generally viewed as "kill the bad guys" and it will always be that way, that's how people want it to be. They don't want to RP a merchant or a hermit etc. If they're RPing, they want to be fighting. If they're selling/buying, they don't want to be RPing.

Thats why Graal needs to train people into Roleplayings

its like riding a bike...gotta start off withose training wheels or big brothers holding on before you can fully ride the bike.

Both kingdoms and Bomy moon just throws out saying roleplay without any asistant to the person on how to roleplay.


Edit Note: People from Providence (old/new) knew how to roleplay...some on kingdoms know how to roleplay. Pretty much singling out Valkcrapia because it completely sucks.

You can write up the best guide to RPing in the world. RPing will still be viewed as just a stepped-up version of "guild wars".

Currently your economy bull isn't very popular either.

Ghost you seem to not grasp the fact that you can collect AND rp. After someone gets everything they could continue rping like normal. It's not even like the entire server could own practically everything especially when people quit with one of a kind things and new things are released. Also...I've thought Forest members that rp isn't only fighting and we hold events which don't even have anything relative to war like feast and ceremonies to Gods. It's the kingdom leaders which influence the players behavior towards rp to suck =p

Oh I know you can collect and RP...but you don't seem the grasp the fact you can't RP when people are to busy running to buy the lastest shades and afros and etc. Hats shouldn't be priceless, I must buy or I die, kind of things.
