The "J" right concept, a reminder.
The "J" right needs to be added to the kingdom system. "J" stands for the Jail rights. I think it will be instrumental for the 5 kingdoms to police their citizens and also intruders who are causing problems which are not in Kingdom mode. Non-Kingdom Mode intruders can only be jailed for a short time, afterwhich they are deported automatically. Kingdom members can be jailed longer. If a non-KM intruder returns to the island and causes still more problems, then they can be jailed longer, or some other punishment can be done.
The police station or whatever you want to call it, on Main Island, in which people with the "J" right could go representing their respective kingdom, and put prices on the heads of individuals who have made an offense against their homeland. Wanted signs, etc. Both of those ideas were already suggested to Stefan, and he had planned on doing both, but I havent seen either of them happen yet. So thats more or less a reminder, heh. Also, I think things should be added so we can get exp for skills in the Agility and Personality sub-levels. Thats sorta off-topic but that needs to be done as well. :) |
I am level 8 in agility and personality, you can gain levels in them. I think you are just doing something wrong.
|
I'm lv 5 and 4 I believe in those categories.
I like it Zen =O Now my guard rank would be alot better for rp =p |
oh but that is just from like leeching in dungeons with an agility or personality skill readied, right? Otherwise please tell me how to use those skills and get exp :|
And yes Stefan was planning adding these things but I guess he got side tracked. It would be really helpful for the Kingdom infrastructure. |
Stealing, REALLY sucks, the current system, and most of the time you'll "miss" with it, and when you finally "hit" most of the time you fail the theft (I'm level 7 in agility though.) I have no personality exp giving skills.

I like the idea of jailing
:) |
You should have to kill them in order for them to be jailed...or hit them or use a certain item on them like a net atleast =/
|
Fire manacles on a player with less than 10 HP on a kingdom island - that player cannot move more than 5 tiles from the manacles or manacles owner without getting dragged back. Even if they log off, they POOF to where the guard left the manacles, usually a jail cell in the castle dungeon...which would be a basement of the castle, accessable by nonkingdomians, with doors with destroyable locks so even if a bad RPer jails you for no reason it's not permanent...you can have someone bust you out, or bust out yourself eventually...

You can't disable your own runes to get experance, that sucks. :(
|
Maybe it could be like the kingdom deaths on GBM. When you're killed in kingdom wars you're warped to a room for 5 minutes and after time is up you're warped back to Bomboria.
|
Rping is supposed to be like that, once you die, you're out.
|
No this is not just for kingdom wars, although that would be a good way to use the system.
This would offer us a method to temporarily punish individuals for things. People who are "not" in your kingdom, must "not" be in kingdom mode, and "must" be on the island. Having this ability is just a way to better police your area, and to get rid of some nuissance who has not listened to the warnings and needs to be deported. There would be time limits for how long you can jail somebody, so it wouldnt be to horrible. You wouldnt be able to jail non-kingdom members as long, but they would be deported apon release. Also, the ability to jail would cascade down the rank lines, similarly to how other rights function. So the king could jail anybody, while a General could only jail people under him. And how Zormite is set up, the Elder pretty much could jail anybody except me. :p |
Hey, if I jail people, can they become my slaves? >:]
