I think I know the cause of this bug. ^_^

Read only files.

On classic, their dead wav is scary and I dont like it, I made my dead.wav read only.. and a few days later! Oh my! New graal! I couldnt install it.. always stuck on dead.wav :( but I realised it was a read only file. So by making it not read only, i could enjoy some good ol' showpoly :)

To test this theory, try installing into a new folder.
