Darklux getting a free hammer?!?!
 

Okay, here is the deal.... Darklux is getting a FREE Dwarven Warhammer of Might JUST because he did his job as event team. This is not fair, the ones with the hammer had to work hard killing those evil dwarves or they had to buy from someone who killed the dwarf in the event... I am the ONLY original owner of a hammer that hasnt sold out to some rich person and of course, Darklux picks MY hammer to get... I dont think its right that he should get a free event/special item since he hasnt even done anything special to get one. Personally, I dont care if he is an event host, its not hard work, and he flips out when people mess around or anything. I remember him spazzing in a card event MANY times... IF Darklux deserves a special weapon, which I dont think he does, it should be a completely new weapon and one not as strong as an event weapon, since he wouldnt win any of them in the first place if someone else hosted... STEFAN, If you give him a free weapon that is an event item or stronger, er... ::doesnt say anymore:: :grrr:

I guess you'll have to live with it. The game isn't really organized very well as far as management goes. Stefan doesn't really go on the actual server much, except to update stuff.

I was told I would be the only person with a war axe, as only one was ever going to be released to make it a special rare item (won from the first ever tournament held on GK) Yet now 3 or so other people have one, which makes mine worth way less. (at least in rarity value)

There should be a limited stock of special items/event items that is decided before any are given out. Like "we will only have 1 of these on the server" or "5 of these on the server" or "10 of these on the server". Not just adding items left and right with no balance or organization. When I made the dragon amulets it was my intention to give out 10 of each. 10 red, 10 blue, and that was it. No more, no less. (although 10 of each never made it since I quit and didn't have a chance to finish giving them out)

If there's going to be special event given items or other special items that can't be obtained from the game itself. (i.e. must be obtained by having a staff member give it to you) then there should be a LIMIT.

Wasn't Darklux fired? Then he came back and quit? Honestly he's one of the crappiest ETs I've ever met. He changes the rules in his events to give disadvantages to someone he doesn't like (I got proof of this with message logs) not to mention he can't speak proper english and sets a bad public example on tag. In my opinion Stefan should hire some people with experiance or hell, even someone with a functional brain would do ^_^

*Cough* So far everyone he's hired did something stupid with the exception of Loriel and Jagen *Cough* Giblin, Darklux, Anu...seriously man.

I would be a good ET, too. I'm trustable, like working, had lots of experience holding events, etc. I only stopped playing Kingdoms because I got bored of PLAYING it. I wouldn't mind working on it. And, I didn't mean this to suck up, this is the truth. I'd rather work than play.

Like many other people, iam paying to play graal Kingdoms.
If I pay, I get a new period of gold time.
When I am holding events, iam using this time to make something for the server, and its real work.
Kicking upset people out who can't realize they lost, and and and.
Now we EM's do a Job, and because we spend our gold time with it, and make some players happy, we get items on kingdoms.
Btw Boukon: Loriel hasnt spoken with Stefan about the hammers.
So he (Stefan) never told that they are one of a kind.

for one this is a ****ing role playing server!
for twos it just makes the stronger people even stronger by giving them weapons of mass destruction, and not bombs!
one of the main reasons i don't play 2k2 is becuase there is no RP. everyone is always training to get STRONGER and STRONGER so they can kill people and win events!
please just get rid of the damn events team

lol yeah, I agree with Pirate... I sorta think G2k2 should finish setting up quests and such and not have any more events/event items given out... I never thought of it before but it is bad RPing. Plus, the whole point of this was to tell everyone Darklux is getting a very rare item for FREE, even though he is a bad ET.

And if its WORK, you should do it. People who are event team for work usually end up corrupt :\

On G2k1, when I was an ET, it was my flesh and blood, I basically spent my entire day playing it just to make enough money to host events. (4 events a day, 25 gralat prizes=100g. 100g=10 durbies+10gold, both crafted x.x) I never thought of it as work, nor was I corrupt.

Yes events are meant to have some role-playing background, not a lot of role-players want to help though. Events are not meant to give out very valuable items, only of value 10-100 plats max.

Stefan means sold to stores, not to people, you have no control over how much money PEOPLE offer.

There should be Rp team or Rp admin like on 2k1 to maintain the control in rp events such as wars etx. Honestly, if a position like that was invented and I were to get it, ALL events, wars etc would be unpredictable due to the fact I would ensure players strenght (as in items and level) won't be a huge factor of it. Hell, ALL events in my opinion should be RP...even treasure hunts and spars. They could do things like tie people up, knock people unconscious, kidnap but of course we would need the players co-operation to accept some losses in their kingdom =p

if someone very skilledand very dedicated was picked as an RP admin then yes, that would probley help alot :0

RP council, not admin (in other words, multiple people, so all the power isn't held in one person's hands.)

This is my suggestions about that

Remove all ETs

Find well-known Roleplayers find out if they want to be apart of a small group of other roleplayers that can mantain, update, and advance a Story timeline. Also allow the Roleplayer "Admins" choose a name suitable tag name for the group.

Yet more proof that Graal Kingdoms = crap ..

I'm just waiting on a server-wide reset, now. Pair that with staff who can do the job RIGHT .. and hey, you've finally got a good server.

Seeing as there is self-promotion abound, if you're looking for a good ET who can hold RP events .. then try looking right here.

You people hire friends, people who have done favours, people who are popular, I don't know where you get your choices from .. but there are much more qualified people out there .. and you pay them no mind. Great, great server! Sarcasm major.

I agree with the first part, and for the second, what about "Council of the Elders"? or "Council of the Gods"? Since they determine which events occur and stuff. Plus, they should abide to RP rules, like, be in character, don't walk around going "LOLI ROX I IS DA GOD LOLOL I BANZ JOO NOW!!!"

I doubt Well-Known Serious RPers will do that anyways the name would be up to the group I say.

Yes, I agree about the name, though I'd be first to sign up if this ever comes to existance.

There is no enviroment for RPing. The server sucks the hole because all you do is get money and kill things. This doesn't even have potental to be a RP server.

That would ruin the point of finishing the server eh? I mean so many bugs have been abused, dont you guys think its a good idea to reset when everything is final? Stefan told me there would be a reset but its not till the server is finished.

I think events are a bad idea. Lots of quests and having the alchemy recipes redone would make a better RP atmosphere. Also when you choose your kingdom on the start screen it should automatically add you as a citizen to that kingdom.

.. and .. I agree. There shouldn't be events .. aside from very rare ones that are 100% RP .. and don't depend on LEVEL. Everyone deserves a fair chance.

I plan on having exclusive serious RP events for Forest if I get King. If anyone wants to join the fun...feel free to join Forest. Also...when I say serious I mean SERIOUS.
