Behold, Adiarde!
 

Hola, Guys and Girls!
Well.. yeah, i shall come to the point.. i'm making a playerworld called Adiarde.. i have worked on it a little bit, and i have a wonderfull team.

PS: Konidias, do not say i stole your tiles as you did on AIM, just because i made a bricks house don't mean i stole your. It's the same if i would say you stole SoM's menu for making a ring menu..

Too bad that look exactly like's Oasis, just larger. It's not the same thing, you "stole" the Oasis style. He is simply using a ring system for his menu, so I guess the hats on GBM copied off of SOM because it's a ring system too.

Anyways, Oasis looks way better. This upcoming PW is the same ole same ole, a person who sees that people like Oasis so they try to emulate it. Too bad that people (most) don't like unoriginal stuff.

But your character is original, but it's not good.

I absolutely guarantee you, that you wouldn't of made this style, especially with the colors without seeing Oasis.

Please, know your speech. Take oasis colors and then take mine, there is no color in those 2 images that are the same, exept the original paint colors.

You cannot steal someones style unless they paid money to patent it for some time. And none of the styles are copyrighted so you cannot keep saying this.

And from the extra information which I have, which is not presented on the table here, the thief is not the person you think.

I don't care, I would think people would have the decency to let people design their own original things and not to try to copy them.

Anyways, you have a really good team, so I do expect good things from you, which is why I guess I didn't expect this.

You do realize that you're going to come under much heavy fire from Konidias and possibly others.

I'll put in my thoughts:

Ring Menu != imitating others graphics.

I've already gone over this before. A menu is a menu. If you want to get technical, whoever made the first PC menu should be entitled to a lot of money. But its an interface which is different than graphics and artwork. It would be one thing if Konidias ripped the code from the actual game rather than script it himself. The artwork, however, is different. Even though Graalonline pretty much nulls the automattic copyright of images (artwork or graphics created on a PC that is then put online is considered to be a published work and is given a copyright to the creator automattically), its still his work and you are basically trying to create a "pirate" or clone version of his server in all appearances. You would be absolutely infuriated if you had a unique style and someone else decided to just up and copy it without permission otherwise. So why are you trying to rationalize and justify your actions?

People will easily make the choice where to go. Heck, when I first looked at that screenshot I was shocked! Another Oasis?! Just because you do not have identical colors does not mean you are protected. Its just an excuse to use graphics that you didn't create. Its really a recolour no matter how slight the change is. Stop trying to hide the fact(s). It would be no different if I went and ripped sprites from a popular game and recoloured them and called them my own work or it would be like someone taking WinXP and changing a few of its appearances and saying its thier own OS. Do you see where I'm going with this? Just because you wased your time and effort on changing certain qualities just ever so slightly doesn't mean its new and your own.

I'm just going to let him make a fool of himself. There's no point in arguing with him. People aren't stupid and they can easily tell what is copied and what isn't.

STOP! I have seen the oasis tileset, AND yes that is a blatent copy. Would everyone who wants to make a pw (except Koni and Soulblade) STOP!! I mean seriously if you have to take it from another pw, just stop. And that body makes me want to say STOP.

So save yourself the time, and STOP

The bodies look nice and all.. its just that well..
Those house tiles look like others.. they're getting too common in my opinion.. so try to think up something completely original.

This is no recolor or anything, i made the outlines my self and i picked random colors. (Ones to fit).
That is not my only house, i have 4 other houses to show.. but it won't be anytime soon.
Konidias, NOTHING is copied... You said i stole your door, the boarders around the door.. but hey.. i remember when your door had no boarders, who told you to add them? ME! So basicly, it's my idea.

And the body is in work, i just added it fast so it could be in a screenshot.

Konidias, if you think i'm making a fool of myself.. that's fine.. I don't care.. i will keep the tiles i made, and i have the right to do so. I will continue this project, no matter what any of you says.

i am making a server, and it is going quite well, and i do not think you should judge all server projects in general, unless you have litterally seen every one of them.

Yes, i agree with Arc that this 'style' is becomming over-used... but the 'style' i think it is, is just un-detailed graphics

i'm not saying i could do better... but if you look at the graphics in both tilesets... both houses have empty bricks... not very detailed (which is fine really), but i do NOT think this was a copy...

now what i DO question is the grass

since it looks the exact same as the grass in jurassic relms... but for all i know, you could have permission to use it.

My brick tiles aren't empty... They are shaded and textured and have cracks in certain parts of the bricks and stuff... I don't see how you can squeeze much more detail into it.

Anyway, my personal opinion is, that this playerworld will never get online, and if it does, it won't last very long.

Jurassic Realms and Adiarde grass is nothing the same, not the same color, nothing.. JR was 1 tile, this is 4.
