Stefan U Deleted More Then Gates
 

My silver warrior helmets +1 is gone.
My Iron Boots +2 is gone.
The armor is here but the +'s are GONE.
From the Enchant Armour scroll.
I demand them back.
This is no lie. IT happened to several other people.

IT SEEMS EVEN MY AXE WAS EFFECTED IN THE MIX
THE +3 IS GONE, FROM GOVANNON BLESSING.
IT SEEMS ALL THE +'s IN MY INVENTORY ARE GONE.

I can't tell whether you're agreeing with us or not...either way, I know for CERTAIN that Chris's stuff had +s.

More than 1 person was effected in this. Stefan stated that he restarted the server and maybe some of your gates will be missing, maybe our +'s got taken away during that.

oh I dunno...to get free stuff?

Firstly, this happened with Chris and DV before the server problem. I suggest looking through the logs (yeah I know how long that'd take.) and see if they did, indeed have +s on their stuff before and after.

You just screwed yourself right there.
You cannot demand anything. The server is still under development. If you get them back you are lucky, Stefan doesn't have to do anything for you.

I remember mentioning this bug a few months ago.... and yes... it happens... and I do not know why...

Loss of Items
There are many items that players accumulate during regular gameplay, through quests, through sparring and events. In rare cases, these items can be inexplicably lost. Often, GraalOnline staff will have a record of these items and can trace the reason for the loss. If it is clear that the items was lost through neither the fault of the player or gameplay, or if the loss of the item creates imbalances in player power or gameplay, GraalOnline staff will try to replace the item. In cases where it is not directly evident that the items existed, or that the item wasn't lost through game play or a bug, GraalOnline staff will not replace or repair the items. The decision to replace items is the sole discretion of GraalOnline staff.

Because GraalOnline content evolves so quickly and because normal MMP gameplay can introduce MANY different and unpredictable elements, items should never be trusted to ALWAYS behave in a perfectly predictable manner.

In very rare instances, an item may have to be confiscated if it is seriously in error. Certain GraalOnline staff members are authorized to remove faulty items. In some cases, they can replace it with another item if there is one that provides similar benefits/powers of the one removed). Again, this can take place at GraalOnline's sole discretion.

Christian, if you are going to quote something, you should put " " around the text because sometimes people will accuse you stealing the text, players can say your lying, and other things. Not being mean but it's just a good habbit to get in to. :)

And Vahn, unless it can be proven that you had them items, you probably wont be restored. There are always bugs in the game, and there are those who will complain and those who just suck it up and get over it.

Oh and I dont disagree with everyone and everything they say. Some of my comments critize, some are compliments. I just dislike you very much now.

The thing is, Stefan told me about 2 months ago he was fixing my account -_- Not only did my +s disappear but I got an empty_archetype on my account along with this thing that screwed my speed and str (long explanation but I described it to Stefan before.) I'm still screwed up to today lalala...

Me and Tseng are trying to get him to read your Forum pm. He is a very busy person and you have to understand that.

The WEIGHT that the ENCHANT ARMOUR ADDS, IS STILL THERE.
Therefor I DID have +'s on my armours, and this HAPPENED TO other people.
