Comments on RC

When you change the attributes of a player you erase the comments. This should be changed as we like to use the comments as some sort of history for the account.

Yes. And while on the topic - we need to see which players are on trial when deciding whether to jail or ban them...but I think I mentioned that. Reminder, yo. ^_^
