Yes I know this is off topic but, it does apply to many many graalians on these forums. Today at school we were forced to watch a 1 and 1/2 hour+ play. The 4 actors were all former Drug and Achol Adicts and had recovered. Some of the stories told were horrible and made me wounder why people would do that to themselves. However, they said something even more scary. about 1 out of 72 adicts recover the rest mostly die from it. Im not talking to all of you or a certain person. Actually this is rather aimed at a person but, I wish not to tell who. (It isnt chemical although she should also read this). Please now you guys are talented and do have a future, dont destroy it........

i would guess that most drug users have some sort of mental disorder also, no offense, messed up people do messed up things, and that means any sort of messed up thing

They run away from home, because of parents, abuse etc. They end up in the streets of metropolitan areas. They have a bit of cash, and buy some drugs to give em a high. Then they're addicted. So they turn to prostitution etc to get their cash. And the pimp who hired them for a prostitute wont let em go. So they're stuck selling their bodies and on drugs. Not the best of lives :(

I disagree. Addiction is not weakness. If you've been exposed to things like cocaine or cigarettes, then they arent easy to get rid of. Its nothing to do with weakness. People do it once or twice to try it, saying they wont get addicted. But they do. Then they try to get off, but they've become so used to them that they cant.

You are very very very stupid if you use drugs. You must have like "OMG I MUZ B SO KOOL N SMOEK" problems. I hate people who smoke. Most of the kids in my school smoke. They smell horrible, look worse, and wear 5 pounds of makeup (the girls). They are all a bunch of posers. So are people who use drugs. I doubt there is a single person alive who uses drugs for the reasons given like "Depression".

Depression is an involuntary mental disorder.

Addiction is doing something only because you feel you need to, not because you want to.

we're all entitled to our own opinions. But i fail to see it as weakness. No offense meant. I just cant see how people would want to stay on them if they have to resort to prostitution
