LevelGen Help
OKay, I have used the level gen before and never had the problems I'm dealing with now. I have my levels generated, as far as I can see they are normal. However, when I try to create a map, it will not work. I have text file from when the levels were generated in the same folder named "bravoforest" and then I open up the "bravoforest_1a.graal" and press "m." It doesn't go trhough a quick browse of all the levels though. It just says quickly "bravoforest_a2.graal" and then when I open up the map it shows a totally vertical map with the pic of the level I was in near the bottom. Any suggestions?
Edit:I also tryed regenerating the levels and making another map, now if I try to make the map it wont even count 1 level and it just gives me a blank image. |
Generating a level for Bravo? That's sad.
In fact... I think all of Bravo was generated because the tiling is ugly |
Did you put this in a script:
if (playerenters) { setmap ,bravoforest.txt, playerx, playery; } Then when you are done with that, play the level once.. then go back to editing mode and press M. When you got the image.. convert it to 8-bit png, or it won't work.. then go to the same level and change the script to: if (playerenters) { setmap imgname.png,bravoforest.txt,playerx,playery; } That's all i guess.. |
