Yeah, I'm COMPLETELY overreacting, but right now I haven't got much else to do but play games and do useless crap, and I'm getting really anxious about summons. :whatever:

Any updates on when they'll be here? I've got quite a few spells I'd like to cast .. :|

Okay. At least I know where it stands.

We have like 2 Ganis done. And the Graphics and Scripting still must be made for the summoned things.

I recall Stefan saying the only scripting left is to script them not to pick up items and that was a few weeks ago x_x;'

So, in other words, don't expect them for quite a bit, yet?

There is scripting/configuration to do. The summoned monsters should follow the owner, and it should actually summon existing monsters types

What about Summon Avatar!? No existing monster does poison damage and has 1000hp (Ogma's Avatar.)

What about reincarnation summons like holy fist (I think that is what it's called.)

What about stuff like staff to snake?

A cool idea for a summoning gani:
5 pillars succesively fall from the sky in a pentagon figure. An image of a pentagram becomes inscribed in the ground, and then the caster bows his head in an incantation, a bright flash of light appears in the center of the structure, engulfing the pillars, pentagram, and caster. The light fades away, leaving on the caster and now, a monster to do his bidding, behind.

One of the gani's already look like that, without the pillars. :p

Nice :) who else has been collecting summon spells? I have like 5 as of today.

... cool... i guess I hope it's smarter or faster than monsters already out there otherwise its useless for pvp..

Oops, I somehow posted twice *delete* anyway, I think the monsters acy sorta like pets, you can tell them to follow, attack, etc. I don't really know how they work, but I'm just making predictions.

List YOUR summon spell list, mine is kinda sucky:
Summon Earth Elemental
Summon Water Elemental
Summon Air Elemental
Summon Golem
Summon Pet Monster

Here are all of my summon spells, as of now!

Mage spells:
"Mystic fist", level five, 14 mana
"Summon fire elemental," level seven, 34 mana
"Summon golem", level two, 8 mana
"Summon pet monster," level two, 4 mana

Priest spells:
"Summon avatar," level ten, 60 grace

I tried to learn and failed to learn "Call holy servant" (level six) twice. :(

I don't really have many summons yet, seeing as they aren't even out .. I have a LOT of other spells though .. 43 mage spells and 25 priest spells (68 in all :grin: ). I keep failing large snowstorm, though .. if I could learn that, I'd have all the frost spells .. :whatever:
