Hello!
The npcserver will be restarted. This will change some major stuff:
- the exp&stats-loss for dying will be removed; you will only lose a few items, but only money & animal parts (no armour/weapons/keys etc.)
- the kingdom mode will be replaced by battle mode, you switch to battlemode by activating the kingdom bells now
- a new item will be added to the fortification crafting houses: you can produce fort gates which can be used to block your garden or similar stuff, you can lock it with a key
- praying will take a little bit less time, and doesn't lag the server anymore

-Loosing just money and body parts, wrong. I killed Jin 3 times and he lost a total of 7 diamonds, 18 letters, (plat of course), & Gold cards...

I asked stefan to make the value of gold cards 0 (Meaning it will not be dropped since the server is looking for something equal to 4plat*level)... He should fix this soon. You will drop everything but equiped items, applied sacks, or anything like armour, weapons, keys, etc... Everything else will be dropped.

What about rings, tools, amulets, pens?

So say I have all my money in a bag, that is closed.. There is no money in my inventory... Would I loose some of that money if I died? And I don't want to check this myself. ^.^

If its in the sack, you will drop the money or whatever is required.

No rings or ammys can be dropped

I'm glad I quit G2k2, this is horrible, you die and you lose basically all you've gained, and I don't feel like going to my house every friggin' time I complete a treasure cave because I might die and lose all I've gained. Why the heck can't you get all you want? No exp loss and no item dropping...

Hahah, yes, well, a bit harshly put, but completely true!

I'd rather lose all of my money and cheap tools than 1,000,000 experience points.

There has to be some penalty for death on battle mode, and remember, peaceful mode gets just 25% less exp. This is way better than it was before.

Ok so if you choose to lose exp insatead of items.. you lose exp the same? but if you choose to lose items instead of exp you lose those misc items? please tell me :(

There is no exp loss for any mode.
There is item loss for every mode.

oh so they got rid of that choice of either lose items and less exp or lose all exp and no items? crazy.. great Idea.. like the simplisity love graal! <3

I'd rather lose my exp than rare items or things of sentimental value that I carry. And I don't want to complete an immense dungeon which I just earned a crapload of money from and then die as I'm leaving the store to lose all my money.

You dont know how it works

You only lose (in rare cases) a pickaxe, etc.
Also you only lose 4 plat per level

for example, a level 5 player loses 20 plats.
Level 10 -40( I think) , etc
You don't lose all your money ever

There is more to that then what you said...and as the quote says, Jin lost 7 diamonds, 7! it's worth plenty, and the Gold Card is worth things too.

And Kinatt, for saying no one cares what I think, you lose 5 cool points and get no cookie either :mad:

3 kills is actually if the PKer really doesn't care about killing you.

LoL. You don't lose rare items... Money is easy to get, experience isn't.

The simplest solution is, DON'T DIE. It's not really that hard to prevent yourself from dying. The only time I ever die is if something glitches in the tournament, or I some other bug. I never die from dungeons, and I don't PK so I'm peaceful and don't get hurt by players. Thus, I don't die.

You shouldn't play immense treasure caves by yourself or whatever, beat yourself down to barely any health (or get killed) and not expect it to happen. You're fighting tough monsters alone, of course you're going to die.
