Not untill all the spells are done and they have somewhat balanced all the classes.

it wouldnt really make sense. the REAL server will come out so basicaly theres no need to. also all the high levels would be really pissed off. and people with high speed (like me) from my experiance anyways feel way to slow if they move lower then .5 of there normal speed >_<
