Market stands all over.
 

I don't know if this is in-game. I don't think it is. 'Far as I know, you can only use market stands in houses.

I think you should be able to use them anywhere, anytime. It would almost DESTROY scamming altogether, and make the RP atmosphere even more .. RPish! I'd love to walk into Bomboria to find three or four market stands around, people calling out "Selling a speed ring! Cheap just today!" .. "Get your ID scrolls, remove curse, and even IWD scrolls!" .. "Food here! Lots of fresh bomy meat, ready for you to enjoy!" ...

Am I the only one that thinks this would be fricking awesome?

problem with this though there would be loads of flags for the players who bought them so only they could sell stuff then that would destroy the taxation purpose. also with the flags that were added it would create lag

I know .. but .. nobody uses the trade window with the taxes .. it's plainly a bother. :\

You'd still have tax at a market stand. And they'd be heavy to lug around everywhere just in case. But main-island taxes should definitely be more towards 5% than 25%

Actually, I think it's already possible to do, and some people already do it, though I'm not sure. ((I think Rax did it.))

You are also wrong. Flags do cause network traffic and so, in large numbers, can cause lag.
