i gave him a chance to get his hob back, but he didn't know the answers to my questions
all of them were legitamate questions

If he was never online, why should he keep his job? Sure ppl can go on vacation or something, but if/when i become chief, (this will be changed somewhat, isnt final) If i dont see someone online at least once in 2 weeks with his or her tag, ill warn them. If They arent online witht their tag once in a month, they will be fired. I wont be going by my sights htough, id be asking others too

the only ways you can become chief is if i'm fired, or quit(and only if i appoint you chief when i do)

Hmm, HEYhost is on a lot. He is 12 hours different. I am usually on from 4-8 AM in the morning Central time, and he is on. I am on at that time because I just got back from going out and I don't go to bed too early. I can see your point Valder, but you should investigate more. Do you see Stefan on a lot? No, he is on from 4-8 AM a lot more then he is on when theres like 100 people on. HEYhost mostly spends the time when its like 5 AM for him on EL since more people play at that time there. I don't care if you are mad at me and fire me Valder for saying this, but you are unfair.

actually, stefan has an excuse
he works on things for graal and that dosen't require him to be online, and i won't fire you lyndzey, But i have seen HEYhost hours go from a wopping 78 to 80 hours in 2 weeks
