hmm. Well at this point Frolic is open to players, but it is not on the classic tab. It won't be until probably this upcoming Friday (not guaranteed), still people can get on and explore around.
There's a couple quests and npc's out there. Keep in mind it was just me, ghost, and Knuckles for the past 2/3 months doing stuff. hehe :)
I still haven't met all the staff so there could probably be a few other stuff.

If you still have problems getting on let me know and I'll help you out.
