Interesting idea but from what i have seen of the GFX used that wouldn't work. Take for example the white shirt top, part of the shoulders is done by the sleeves and the other half by the body, would be hard to get a lot of them to match

It's true that some sleeves would look silly with some shirts, but .. some shirts look silly with some pants, so .. hah, it's the player's decision!

Like I've said before, the more we can customise our character the better.

The Taylor Shop should be one building, different rooms. I hate running with half my clothes on to the next shop in a town far away to get my pants.

Most definitely. I think it should be put in Bogenera, it would fit well there .. Bogenera's sort of a towny mini-mall, or something .. :)

Sleeves? Rax shutup. sleeves are part of a shirt. maybe rephrase and say bracers/gloves but sleeves?! Rax shutup! and quit giving suggestions Just stop!

Uh .. you're sort of wrong on this one. One of the variables in an outfit is sleeves .. so it's only logical that we'd be able to customize them. :|

What variable? I have never seen in a store a sleeve sold seperately from a shirt! The sleeve is part of the shirt by thread! If you are considering it a variable and a shirt a seperate variable then you sir need to go to a mall. Now plate arms are seperate however any type of clothing has sleeves attached to the shirt if they were not then the sleeve would be falling off and windy on the shoulder. Maybe changing this "variable" to a bracer makes since or wrist wrap but a sleeve? If you are reffering to a sleeve as part of the body being a variable and seperate from the body it is for animation purposes, its still attached to the shirt.

and i know this part is off topic but they have zipper shirts like zipper pants that the sleeves come off but anyways i think it'd be cool if we could use the skin arms for our character. that'd look good with me since im a monk :-)

Yeah, well, so is the upper and lower part of a dress, but that didn't stop dresses from being seperated.

I am not talking about dresses people, I am talking about sleeves. IT doesn't make sense to have sleeve shop.. maybe a bracer/wristband shop or arm guard shop or whatever other accessories and call it a sleeve shop that may make sense.. but sleeves are PART of the shirt! not seperate you can't buy a tank top and then buy the sleeves somewhere else!

I don't see why your against making your character more customisable.
It adds more personality to the game and you can suit your looks to how you want.
Also who cares if it's realistic?
It's a game.
People don't want real otherwise they would just, surprisingly enough, use the real world.

I just don't want it to be called a sleeve shop thats the only part im against in this idea!! I like the part you can customize items on your arms! but not call it sleeves! I am just too damn anally retentive about this I know.. but sleeve shop just doesn't make sense.. besides it won't get added so why do I bother?

And guess what, I havn't ever seen a shell bomy roaming the beach, or a T-rex walking back and forth in some weird cave. The game isn't about realism, its about having fun.. Who cares if its weird that you pick your sleeves seperatly, atleast it will add more to the game.

I figure that if they decide to add sleeves as customizable .. that they should just make the taylor shop into one big shop, maybe in Bogenera (I think that should be done anyway).
