If you make a menu like kingdoms where it is totally mouse oriented you should at least have an option for people who wish to use their keyboard by having two different Q menu systems or at least make it keyboard compatable.
That way everyone is pleased. :)

To heck with that, man. Didn't anybody ever tell you that scripters are lazy? They're not about to do twice the scripting to satisfy a tiny minority.

I'd say mouse for attack/use/stuff/if you have more buttons you can bind them do to do something, and move with this:

W=up.
S=down.
A=left.
D=right.

Space=Jump/anything.
Ctrl=anything.
Alt=anything.
1-9=special items.
Enter=type.
Enter Again=send.

But of course thats just my opinion.

Anyway with that I was only really refering to the Q menu. The default Q menu comes with the option to use the mouse or the keyboard so I can't really see them doing anything super complex that would require you not being able to use both but bleh they don't want to they don't do it. Just my opinion.

But I'm definetly 100% against using the mouse for things like moving, attacking etc.
I think it is far easier and more convenient to use the keyboard rather than the mouse mainly because I'm used to it but I don't think it would be quite the same trying to do things with mainly mouse control.

I would have to say keyboard because it's sort of a traditional thing now. I find it easier to control with the keyboard but mouse would be something new but harder to control if you like wanna pk or something.

if I can JUST use a gamepad do that.
