AIM/E-mail her she may know its you, if not she will e-mail the e-mail address registered to the account, and give it you if there is no reply within a certain time.

And she used to play Era alot, and I think still does. If not E-mail her, she checks and replys to anything that needs a reply at least every day or maybe 2days.
