Sick of this.
 

This damn place is turning into Everquest Jr. Right now, every time I attack a enemy, someone runs from out of nowhere and screams,"MY KILL YOU LAMER!" or "MOVE BIATCH IT'S MINE!" I'm just sick of people doing that. You don't own the monster. I'm not gonig up to a monster just to steal experence, which just happens to not belong to you. I go there to help or to team, and I get this.

Don't help, most tend to jump to the thought that you are trying to steal his/her kill. Or just find another monster or ones near it, they cant possible say its their kill as well ;x

Same kinda thing happened to me in the mines. I was mining, and some guy ran by saying "That's my rock!". I disagreed, considering I had been mining it first, yet the idiot continued to yell. So, I just left the rock there, and let him have it. Too bad that wasn't enough for him, because every other rock I decided to go after, was "claimed" by this person. So, it proceeded, that they would mine the same rock, but as soon as it got down to near ready to drop the mineral, would sit there and repeatedly press 'a' so that if it dropped, they'd get it automatically. Now this gives me a 0% chance, because either I stop mining because of the rapid 'a' and they finish and get it, or I keep mining, and they get it anyway. People are greedy, they always will be, and there's not much we can do to change them.

Perhaps you should let him mine the rest then you take it.
If people insist to resulting to these ways they deserve to have it done to them.

As for the stealing of kills, I can't stand that. I was trying to lvl magic a few days ago and this one guy came along and took 5 trex kills from me :(

If they say it is their monster ask them to roove it, if they are a weak lvl and it is a high monster then simply tell them to "sod off"

But alas there will always be instances of these, how we handle them is what determines the outcome

Circumstances:

Both on battle mode, kill the other person.

Hes on battle and your not, tell a friend to kill the person.

Your on battle hes on peace/ both on peace, Let him do the lowering of hp to the monster then steal his kill.



For all of thse there is a simple answer, find another place to kill things. T rexes are not real and don't have babies so they can't go extinct which means they will always spawn there is more than enough T-Rexes for all of us including little timmy who doesn't have any friends. <--(Rampant_Centaur)

No, it gets them to stop, period. I would not have given that one guy in an earlier post any minerals at first, and if he stole mine I wouldve stolen several of his.

Try doing it.

Someone steals your kill, steal his. It'll just go back and forth until one of you gets annoyed enough to leave .. but now you've got an enemy, which can lead to further problems.

If the guy is a idiot, let him be a idiot, go somewhere else to do your things. Soon everyone will begin to hate him.

I have done it before. Rarely do I ever see these problems or have to deal with people stealing my kills, but it happened before, so I took 3 of his until he left in anger, it worked, but I suppose if some of these people are getting scammed and stolen from almost all the time it might not work.
