rotating a image
 

i want to rotate a image for like 64 degrees what do i use ive used paint shop pro but that will have color loses when i save it what program is good to rotate images and doesnt save with color lose once again i ask for your help

1. *shakes finger* No double-postie!
2. Photoshop can do that, I just forget where. I think you have to select a part of the image and go to Manipulate or something, but it gives you a lot of options, such as rotating, scaling, etc.

edit > transform
