Meeker owes me 4k plats! He said he will pay me that for my RoF and he never ever paid it back. I really need the money since I am poor. Also this was a gift from Pirates for being 3rd place in Zacks tourney. So he better give me the money or my RoF.

Also he says he paid it and in the battle arena he tells a ninja to kill me millions of times when we were battling and my Naginata of Bile was kicking arse!
