Question...
 
Can you have your weapon enchanted to say...Bile +2 after you have used prepare weapon & 3 IWDs on it? I already have it Bile +1, but I plan on getting it +2.

Yes, it requires you to use an "Enchant Weapon" scroll which would take a slot (which an IWD should go) on your weapon.
