what ever happened to faheria?

i was thinking "hmm ill go see it" but its off the list.

I just wanted to know because I was looking forward to it for a long time

and alot of people worked real hard on it

mmmkay quit and had it taken down

.... thats real sad

they got up a bit before my server did, really stinks to see something that had so much potential go down like that.

Why did mmmkay quit?

Here is the truth, he was bored, he didnt generaly play graal anymore.

From his chats with him, I think Faheria was cancelled because:

1. He was bored of Graal
2. The staff team for Faheria was like obsolete
3. The server had gone through so many rebuilds that it was pretty much barebones into development

I had respect for Faheria, besides the fact that 90% of the staff members were totally full of themselves. It could have been one of the best playerworlds, but now it's only a memory. The same goes for Murasamune. Although I probably shouldn't be commenting about Mura, since Soulblade sent me a nasty aim message the last time telling me that comparing Oasis to Murasamune was an insult to him.

I can't believe he thinks Murasamune and Faheria are in an upperclass compared to Oasis, just because they were under development longer. So what? The development means nothing if it was stopped. You could easily say that the development never existed. Although Soulblade also told me that he was working on a new playerworld or something, to the likes of which I don't know. He's probably keeping it under wraps as it will end up failing to be completed as well and it would be better if nobody knew he didn't finish another project.

It's funny, at one point he was asking to help me with Oasis because he felt Murasamune was a lost cause, yet he thinks my playerworld is pathetic or something now. Whatever the case may be, the fact remains that Oasis and Graal2230 are the only known pw's in development that people seem to be waiting to see.

I never really planned to play Faheria and Murasamune.

Murasamune was going to be really good, we only failed because the lack of motivation. Sorry Konidias, we don't spend a year on a project just to get a few ****ing tiles done. We also aren't scared to hire a few staff FOR TRUST PROBLEMS! Sorry!

Do you know what a hypocrite is...? Look it up. It's not exactly one of the best things to be.

With that being said, perhaps my PW will be better because of the fact that I've spent 2 years working on it :rolleyes:

Techincally, it should be and it is better compared to the previous incarnations. I'm not going to try and compare my work to Koni's because I feel that mine pales fairly significantly, but I'm still going to follow through to reach my goals :)

What is the difference? Lack of motivation = not getting stuff done. So if you're "unmotivated" wouldn't that mean that stuff wouldn't get done? Unless you did tons of work but just decided you didn't have enough motivation to complete it. Which would make you stupider than someone who spent a lot of time on something and had slow progress. At least I didn't throw all my work in the trashbin and waste all that time.

Right, and about the trust thing. Who was I supposed to trust? You? You're the pinnacle of corruption. You take advantage of bugs, you befriend hackers to get free stuff, then you try to be the good guy. People on the net can't be trusted. You might think I'm paranoid, but so be it. Really, people can't be trusted at all. It's not a matter of MY faith in people, it's simple studies that prove a person's mind can have a dramatic change without warning.

It's just like how best friends IRL can become mortal enemies, and how lovers can become haters, etc. People you can trust can become untrustworthy. The human mind is a complex thing, unfortunately, no matter how stupid you are, you can still make people confused as to what you're truely thinking. I'm not saying to not trust people, I'm just asking you to not judge me just because I don't trust other people. It's my choice to trust someone with my hard work and dedication, and if I choose not to trust anyone, that is my decision.
