I'm just guessing, but I think he's asking how the katana looks, and whether it looks too much like the one in Graal 2k2 already.
As for the C&C part, it may be a reference to Click & Create.

why does anyone care how a katana looks? its not copyrited or anythinfg you know, cuz if a gun was copyrited we wouldnt have any decent movies out
