How far developed should a PlayerWorld be before submitting?
I'm LAT Captain in Gileada.

or almost all the way finished, i would say everything done except some of the npcs or whatnot that need to be tested.

I think more of the cordinated stuff should be left untill you are online.
Its easyer to communicate and you can see what everyone did.
