RC Problem
 

I was wandering if another Police Chief could help me. I have 1 person who's account dont seem to work with RC he has level 2 rights but he cant do anything warpto update level nothing. Everyone else i hired works but he dont, could it be because he has a "Silver" account?

wtf u talking about? and its in the wrong forums, .....

Does he have a trial account and not an upgraded one? You have to have at least a classic account for it to work.

Make sure he is spelling his name correctly with caps and all. Some times accounts wont work right when the caps arnt correct. Example Draygin draygin.

Also can he not log into RC? Or he can but nothing happens. If he cant log on you might also check IP range that is set. :)

It's pretty obvious what he's talking about. Some ones RC isnt working. :)

on another note of the RC not working maybe its the operator :)

I dont know silver account is the only thing i could think of for the Pay by Phone thing (seems you cant get a gold account with that) But the problem is solved, took alot of yelling and hair pulling but I fixed it.

There is no such thing as a "silver" account. The following is a list of all the available account types:

Trial Account
Classic Account
Gold Account
VIP Account


Those are the only accounts available to players (or at least to my knowledge).

I dont know my friend kept calling it a Silver account I take it that it is a Classic Account.
