Illness
 

I was just sitting in my house taking it easy when out of nowhere it said I was Ill, shortly after my charm dropped from 17 to 12, then a while later while still sitting in my house it said i have warts and they are ugly.

I'd rather not die from illness that I shouldn't have and i'd like to have my charm back since I done nothing to lose it.

I'm not sure how the system works, never going hungry myself, But I think when your hunger meter falls below a certain level you get diseased...

My hunger meter never goes below 800, most of the time i keep it at 999, lol.
