Player problems!

Ok here we go, i know some people are going to have a problem with this and I could care less cause i'm sick of this crap.

For the past 3 or more days Rylor of Dustari and a few other players have been conastantly trying to steal my kills and my items and i've had it with them.

I'm not making any threats here, I just STRONGLY believe something should be done about them.

His account name is Majin_Mush
Like saying his account name does any good, not like any of the admins will warn him or anything cause none of them give a crap anymore.

The game was designed so you could steal other peoples items and expierence. It was made to match a realistic world. There are some people who maintain a orderly and peaceful manner, while others maintain a more aggresive manner.

What you really should do is tell their king. Then the whole thing could be resolved simply.

Mikoto 12-22-2002 07:43 PM

Well

Thats GK for you. You cant do anything about it, its not illegal. Maybe they could say thats how they RP. As long as Stefan doesnt make any rules about stealing kills and items and all that, people will continue to do it.

Paradiesapfel 12-22-2002 07:43 PM

Samurai`s also steal my kills.
im in dustari and i dont steal.

Geovanie Legend 12-22-2002 07:48 PM

When it was called Graal 2002 and first opened stealing kills was illegal, don't know why that rule changed, did people just get lazy and sick of dealing with *****s?

Larrien 12-22-2002 07:48 PM

Okay, look, this has gone on long enough. Seems like today all I put up with is people screaming, "He stole my kills! My items!", certain people calling certain people names and the like.

You may think I can just remove someone because I dislike them, but I can't. That's just not right. Until I have solid, indisputable evidence I cannot remove anyone. If they get banned, that's out of my court, too.

I think you three, two, whatever, should sit down and settle this between yourselves.

Easy for you to say

The fact is, the games changed, and if you can't accept change, then you shouldn't be here.

Was that too harsh? :(

Geovanie Legend 12-22-2002 07:51 PM

I've tried to settle it with him but he just keeps pushing me and he is now way past the point of pi**ing me off!

shaggy_elven 12-22-2002 08:02 PM

lol a long time ago there was a rumor that grovanie got so pissed off he ended up in the nut house(it was just a rumor not from me)

Geovanie Legend 12-22-2002 08:05 PM

lol well that's a nice rumor... untrue and funny though. but who's Grovanie? lol

Loriel 12-22-2002 08:24 PM

I suggest to make it possible to accuse someone of stealing, via some chat commands. If enough people do this, the accused person gets forced out of peaceful mode, and when they die, they drop items. Or so.

Geovanie Legend 12-22-2002 08:33 PM

Well that sounds nice Loriel but look at it this way... a few people think it's funny to play a joke and force you into battle mode doing that then follow you around and keep killing you... sorry but that's just as bad as having your kills and items stolen.

I mean really if someone steals your stuff and you get mad at them then they'll just have their friends help force you into battle mode and gang up on you... sounds like fun huh?

zell12 12-22-2002 09:07 PM

Well, the way I see it is that there is not enough space in the dungeons for over 75 people. Ghost and Pir, mabey even me if i'm not lazy, will make some more dungeons with harder monsters and such. Just be patiant.

Geovanni, anymore troubles with him, come tell me and I'll settle it. :)

Geovanie Legend 12-22-2002 09:44 PM

Thank you, I do appreciate it.

PuffyPuppy 12-22-2002 11:56 PM

Larriens right, sit down with him, also stealing kills was never illigal. Fact is, you can't steal a kill x.x.

Selzar 12-23-2002 03:27 AM

God dang you guys.
This game is not suppose to be REAL LIFE, there are suppose to be some limitations, and this is one of them.
I see all games having limitations like these.

Maybe a new system for monsters this is how it will go.
If you get the monster down below half its HP then ALL the exp will goto you, if someone finishes it off he will get NOTHING, and the loot that drops will be like crafting, the person who made it can only pick it up for an amount of time.
When that amount of time is finished then it is open for anyone to take.

I think this will solve everyones problems...

...100% people will flame.

thats a good idea, I especially like the items "owner" time limit you said like the crafting places

Geovanie Legend 12-23-2002 08:41 AM

I'm inclined to agree, that is a very wise idea.

Holy crap

It's one monster. He gives you like 30 exp. There is a great abundance of them. No need to complain.

Holy crap, a T-Rex gives you about 1k exp.. Oh guess you didn't know that did you? Sorry I should have let you find out on your own and get mad when people start taking 1k exp from you constantly plus the items like the 1,000 plat emeralds and stuff they drop!

Oh but no that's ok isn't it, you wouldn't mind at all if we started taking that kind of stuff from you now would you?

Ok, T-Rex's stop being worth 1k after about, oh, level 4, 5 or 6? Also, unless that is a few emeralds of great beauty you are talking about, they are worth no where near 1k.

Ruby/Sapphire/Emerald/Diamond of Exceptional Value are worth 310+ each...sometimes you can get 3-4 from a t-rex (but VERY RARELY like 1 every 300+ t-rex).

Geovanie Legend 12-23-2002 04:37 PM

I get exceptional value ones all the time, i have good luck i guess you could say, but that's only with the game.. obviously some players like to use my luck against me cause their luck must be rather cruddy, lol

fireedragn 12-23-2002 07:10 PM

I don't like the half hp rule. Contrary to popular belief, all Pirates are not level 10. In fact some are not even close, like level one or two, so I help train them by getting the monster to within an inch of its life so they can finish it off.

Well my luck is -1 :[ I know because I read a scroll of perceive self and it told me that my luck was -1 so I am sad :( If you get exceptional value all the time why aren't you rich, or are you?

That's your problem guy

All you care about is getting as strong as fast as possible. There are other aspects to the game, you know.

Geovanie Legend 12-23-2002 09:57 PM

lol well on average I tend to round about about 10 to 15k plat a day if i try to, and no i don't try to get strong as fast as i can.. i mainly go to the dungeons to help my friends and gain more money so i can buy supplies like IWD and stuff.

Gotta be ready for the tourney's :)
