Killing people with low AP should increase your AP. Saving a newbie from somebody with AP 0 is hardly an act indicative of an evil alignment.

Pkers already complained that it is too easy
for people with high ap to kill people with low
ap, and the pkers stay at low ap because they
are defending themself

like if you kill someone an their ap is below 40 your ap doesnt drop

I think if you kill someone with their AP below 10 your AP doesn't drop. I could be wrong though, I haven' pked for months.
