Tailsman?
 

Well, I'm a priest and I bought a spell for priests. I have a wand, but it says i have to learn wizardry. Why is that so? And I hear I have to get an amulet called the tailsman. Where could I buy one?

It's called the "talisman" and you can often find one in Tanarthia or Hirathia. Tanarthia's the better bet.

But once I get this, can I learn wizard spells also with priests?

It's like Knowlegde of Wizardry. Is that a scroll?

Talisman allows the wearer to cast spells. Wizard spells can be casted by everyone I believe, but for priest spells you need a God and grace. I would rather just buy the scroll that gives you the wizardry skill, as you have to equip the talisman every time you want to use your wand.

When i had mine it equipped itself and it never took the ammy spot either

Yes .. so long as you are holding the talisman in your inventory, you can cast spells as though you actually had the skill, and still wear another amulet.
