new server called Nuclear Fision
 

i am creating a server called nuclear fision and i need some help for GFX NPC LEVEL and although i have posted other stuff for the other servers this on will hopefully be a great server and there are already 5 quests planned
the theme is
some scientist are working on a device to teleport people and then something goes wrong and the earth splits in two and your quest is to find the device which in the process goes through the roof and desapeers your job is to find the machine and take it to the scientist and they fix the problem

all i have to say is....uhh...pppffff ya! lol
not gunna happen, and even if the earth split in 2, some wild shiznit would happen....

I don't know if you're aware that the correct spelling is 'fission'.

this guy just doesnt get it, hes been flamed constantly, just stop, ur server WILL NOT be good unless u just be patient, just wait and learn some more skills, if anyone has seen his "mall" u know what i mean.

isnt nuclear fission the way nuclear power plants work? o.o

ya and then a chemical reaction starts to take place and it gives it pressure or something.. i dunno x.x i learned it last year

It is people like you who really try my patience. Why do you bother to make these fruitless attempts? Stop while you’re ahead, please. I hate to sound blunt, but what you’re presenting is realistically the equivalent of human excrement. If you intend to make a project, don’t do so unless you have presentable ideas. Otherwise, you’re taking away from worthwhile projects, and private player worlds, which could use the help more than someone who would most likely be wasting people's time with that go-nowhere-nonsense.

This goes for anyone who is thinking of /has thought of starting up a player world project, but has nothing to show for it. Stop wasting my time by filling this forum with nonsense. I’m not going to speak for anyone else, as these are my feelings, and mine alone.

I think you all are being a litlle harch right now :( .

Cody, this is a tip for you....

First off, you need to be good at something, experienced.

Experience do you need for hiring staff, doing decsions, how to use RC and how making map.... This is just exampels.

You also need to see whats good and whats not good.
Your server have a limit of good staff you want, to get good staff you must have good stuff to show.
If not nobody will trust you and think the server will have a chance.

I learned level making by looking at other people and learning what they said.
Alot of people helped me with levels, Spark, Knuckles and Zell.
They have told me what i have to learn and how you use tiling.
Exampel: You dont place bushes all around, you make bushes at some spots, in like groups.

Start a server when you realy feel ready. Good Luck

My advice,
Join a PW as a developer and do something, then when you get experience try your own server.

I couldn't agree more as I'm one of those that are in dire need of staff. Heck most of these servers that are easily equated to fecal matter circumvent the PWA, whine to Stefan, and usually get it put up.

I wouldn't be surprised if this PW or something similar to it gets put up within a few weeks from now because the person went around the PWA. It really makes me sick :(

That was the old PW team, the new one is fair.

G_Yoshi did not question the functionality of the PWA, rather he pointed out how people go past the PWA, and straight to Stefan.

Stefan only puts up ones that can be popular, Why did ge put up Galbadia? Because there are not enough German PWs so it would be good to intrest Geraman speaking players.
