Why does this happen?

how come when i turn directx7 on it goes all like that but when im offline its fine?

because it does.

Maybe its with your viedo card or direct7 i messed up for you

but it works fine offline

When i turn directx7 on i get big black circles around the lights :(
So i never turn them on
