Attension Department Heads.

You all have been given the "H" right witch enables you to move houses. Please do not moved anyones house without permission from them or the Emperor or Elder.

not really since it only includes a few people which I trust, that and since they cannot make master keys with it anymore. If it still allowed them to make master keys there would be no way I'd let more than myself and elder have the right.

I though the king right gave you the master key making thing. Not the house right.

no it was the house right, now nothing does, Stefan completely removed it.

All house related operations were temporarily controlled by the K right before H was implemented.
