It could happen. If it does, what do you want it to be?

I want it to be a combination of Graal Kingdoms and Classic. Rather then attempting to be an MMORPG with the stats system, stick with the tried-and-true Classic hack-and-slash method, with better graphics, maybe a better inventory/weapon system. Roleplaying? Same 4 kingdoms that are both in 2k1 and Kingdoms (Dustari, PC, Samurai, Zormite,) and possibly Forest/Astari/Karakaze or somthing new.

Overall, I think that the servers should be like this.
2k1 - Economy
2k2 (Kingdoms) - MMORPG
2k3 - Adventure

What do you think why Graal The Adventure is existing?

Concerning to the suggestions you wrote:

We are still using the Classic style.
We will have six nations. (Graal, Gaia, Ninji, Ceres, Sardon and Badland).
We will have an economy.
We don't need a new server to reduce our players count. ;)

The thing is, Graal Classic isn't getting any new quests (Well, recently.), and is probabally going to stay classic. Think about combining the graphics and power and neatness of 2k2 with the general fun of classic?

Lets not make a new server.
Lets just stick with the ones we have.
And that's what makes classic good.
It uses all the given bodies and tilesets which I like.
It has tons to do and will be even better than it is now when it gets NPC Server.
I assume that's what is slowing down new quests etc.

The graphics and gameplay will stay the classic style.
Yes, the lack of updates is due to me trying to convert The Adv. to the NPC Server.
There will be eight new quests in near future as far as I can tell.

And to keep Com on task, I may be returning in a managerial context to deal with player submissions exclusively. The less crap a LAT Admin has to deal with in the course of getting their job done, the better!

And incidentally, there will be a new server coming out just prior to 2K3. It's so secret, I haven't even had a chance to ask Stefan for the port yet...hope I didn't just jinx it.

And it's going to be the absolute opposite of everything you're expecting. Even a little different than what you think the opposite is. ^_~

Anyway, glad to hear sombody is going to kick Classic in the pants. It's my favorite server, because it's just so simple! The only problem is when you do all the quests, it basically becomes a chatroom with sparring (Which I can't do for beans.)

G2K3 it would be.

2k being 2000 and the 3 being, well 3.
And we get 2003.
It would be G2k300 for 2300. :)

I guess you are confused at the moment ;).

2k = 2*1000 = 2000
2k1 = 2*1000+1 = 2001

atleast that is how I calculate this numbers.


Tyhm made a mistake by spreading around rumours. He made me so curious that if he doesn't tell me everything I'll ask him until he is mad. ;)

It'd be Graal2k3 the "k" signifies 1,000
so 2 1,000's + 3 = 2,003.
Graal2002 is usually called 'G2k2' not just 'g2k'...
Same with G2k1, it was called G2k1 not 'g2k' either.

if anyone wants to use an abreviation for 2230, ghost and I have decided that g23 is fine, even tho its g2230, g23 is fine and short, and I doubt people could confuse it with something else

Isn't Stefan changing names from Graal2002 to Kingdom Islands
To eliminate the new server to go with new year thing.
If they made one.. it wouldn't be out till 2004.

For me,Graal always will be that 'RPG GAME'
Make a server with things of the future or present,doesnt make sense.The spirite of the thing is the medieval time.

Normally it'd be getting me too, but .. rumours are rumours, and I don't want to get all hyped about something if it might not even be true. :o

Can't wait to see all the new things on GTA. It'll be rather fun. Maybe I'll actually update my house again to keep up with the times. :asleep:
