Small Houses
 

I know I am against making variations of already in game content but I think that this would be useful.

Not everyone needs a crazzy big house like you make now. And not everyone has the time to repair the house constantly.

What about small houses.

Advantages
Less resources needed to make (still same deed though)
Does not loose constitution

Disadvantages
Much smaller, roughly half the size inside
Can't be converted into shops or bakeries when the system is out

And maybe big houses?

There already are big houses. The current ones are huge. Big enough to use as storehouses and later convert to bakeries and blacksmith shops and stores anyways.

A house expandion would be nice
(For Pirates it would be on top, for everybody else its on the side)

i think everyone else can choose to put it on top or at the side. maybe we can take out our shovels and dig up a basement :o
