Attack Speeds

Fix how attack speeds work... its all backwards... the higher walking speed and Dex... the slower our attack speed is...

walk=legs
swords=arms and chest
Unless you want to walk on youre hands and use youre feet like I do ;)

Dex means Speed....Agility, So say your character has 20 or better dex, then he is very deft. He speed for his weapon should rise..

Dexterity = skill.

Being very dexterous SHOULD make you better with your hands as well.
