How about a store on each island which can protect and befefit your house for money so you don't have to do as much work. Things like:

Lock Changes-10 platinum coin
Obvious

Auto Repair-40 platinum coin
Your house constituion goes up 50%.

Insurance-100 platinum coin
Good in case you are going away, or just afraid you won;t be able to repair in the near future or might forget. When you house gets to 0% the door rots, and the hosue is inaccesible but still alive. You must repair it to make the door openable again. After the door rots once the insurance policy goes away and you have to buy a new one or it dies the next time you get to 0% contitution liek always.

Warranty-60 platinum coin
For the next 2 weeks (50%) your hosue does not loose constitution (for those who may be going on a vacation for example).

I would LOVE this, I do not have time to tend for my house all the time, I checked earlier and it's at 50%, I wish someone would fix it up (an NPC or what not) and I would definitely pay it/that person :(

i wish there was likea house teleportation that when u get a house u say something and it takes u there because its just AWFUL making a boat_someoen steasls ur boat_make another one_ u sail_ run to your house...
maybe when you recall so this makes it so its not cheating_when you recall to ur house there would be a blue boundary square around your house if u cross it will teleport u back to main island so its not some easy way to go to ur kingdom island. but when you come threw boat or something the boundary isnt there.

well it is handy =/ but not too realistic. Plus getting there is half the fun :)

some of the things on the game arnt realstic why cant we have some unrealistic things to make the game much more fun.I dont have time to tend my house it takes too long to get to dustari...
this would help alot
