More Variety in Staff
 

What's up with all the staff having six different jobs?
eg- Bhala
Guild Manager
Police Lt. and I am sure many more
Tyhm
Levels Admin
Npc Scripting Admin
I say open up positions for people who have been playing for a long time and get some more variety through out this game...Everything revolves around the same 15 staff members.
Oh yeah, I forgot, I CAN'T GET A STAFF JOB BECAUSE NONE OF THESE FRIGGIN 15 ADMINS/GP/LAT/NAT/GAT WILL RESTORE MY 300 HOURS...AND IT IS REALLY P***ING ME OFF!! And link x is no help...he's just a power hungry idiot!...The first time he banned me may have been justified...But when I asked him what he banned me for...HE JUST DID IT AGAIN, so I switched accounts and started massing for an Admin, HE BANNED ME AGAIN! I switched another account AND HE BANNED ME AGAIN!!..But I lagged and used the Warp Ring to exit, so i asked him why he kept banning me...AND HE BANNED ME A FOURTH TIME...Then I email 10 of the 15 staff members.....And what do they tell me? Why did Link X ban me?...Well, If i knew, I wouldn't be emailing you!

Stefan isnt gunna hire someone with skill to handle important things..people who he feels he can trust is who he hires.

okay first of all, Tyhm is a good NPC and LAT admin, a very good one, bhala is NOT a good guild admin, but just because you have been playing for a while doesnt suit you for a staff job

if he banned you and it was justified, then he has the right to ban an account you try to use because it's called ban evasion (sp?)

Ok, I didn't say Tyhm was bad, but I know many good scripters that could do a good job at NPC Scripter too! and I didn't say that playing for a long time made you a good staff member, I think we should actually hire people who know how this game is supposed to be played, so in other words, FIRE HALF THE STAFF!!

what do you mean know how it's supposed to be played? what staff don't? and if you were banned, how would you know anything about it? ;)

As I was just told By Link_X, I was banned for saying Hell in a mass, NOW IS THAT A REASON TO BAN 4 ACCOUNTS?

The only "Admin" who needs to be fired is Cloud Strife. He should be banned too for that house incident.

If Link X weren't such a prick(ASK OTHER GRAAL CLASSIC ADMINS) then I wouldn't be complaining, and I am not complaining about the Staff thing, just suggesting we need some new faces in the staff

all these people are more than one staff position cause they are really good at it. And like Shadrock said, hes not gonna hire someone just cause they might be good at something, he needs to earn their trust. And Thym etc, all have his trust. Its not that he doesnt want other players to be staff, its just that he already has an excellent team and until one of them leaves, or is fired, theere wont be any spots open. Simple as that

The staff do there job (accept cloud strife) leave it be that way.

As far as I'm concerned, Tyhm is the only really high ranking staff member that does his job....and wanna know how you earn stefans trust...YOU CAN'T!!!....

also Stefan jsut doesn't go hey i need a new admin lets see who has 300 hours i'll let them be it! You have to have sxpirence and be trusted. Try starting out on a low staff position if you want to become staff.

Well, if the current staff members would do their job...I COULD START OUT AT A LOW STAFF POSITION!!!...MY ACCOUNT KEEPS GETTING RESET AND IT'S NEVER BEEN RESTORED!!
