Dynamic Tilesets

Are these possible now other than the flower which reads three seperate tiles on the tileset to create an animation?

If not I think they should be...

newfeatures2001.txt
- addtiledef2 tilesimage,levelstart,x,y;
this is similar to addtiledef, but only replaces
a part of the tiles image; its like putting an
image on top of the tiles image (normally pics1.png),
this is good for replacing the default chair or lamp
or so; this supports animated images, but keep in mind
that all tile replacements must be hold in memory
and be animated, so better only use it in the levels
you need it;

I dont think he ment animated images, as if he totaly remade a tileset the size of pics1.png, then used an animating program to put about 4-5Pics1.png after each other, could you imagine the size?
