You need two things
A Spell and a Talisman
A level 1 spell can cost around 80-100 plat... while the talisman costs something like 300-320 plat...

I think you should be able to buy it, just make it really expensive.

why exactly would a warrior wear a sorcerors hat if he/she wasn't a sorceror? :P

Or sorcerer only? Mine is bugged and i cant get another one x.x and Stefan nor Konidias will listen to me

Nay, you can get legerdermain (sp) as your random scroll you'll just need a lv 1 spell and 6 sp to cast it. Oh and not fail learning it :P

Alchemsts and Priests wouldn't mind having a Sorc hat. Or something to increase their magic ability. So why can't they buy one?

God symbols?... better talismans?... alot of things can be done... *cough* if Stefan had time to make them though... it's not exactly #1 on this todo list...
