Separate Graal Chat Program
 

I know this is one of the oldest ideas, but it's still a great one. It wouldn't be all that much different in RC, coding-wise. You just connect to a server... ;)

I think I would *cough* even re-upgrade *end cough* for it... ;) Then again, I don't need to for about 10 more months. ;D

For 2002 it would be good to have a chat "room" for each kindgom. This would help cut back on the toguilds. :/

Well, it may not be needed too much right now, but if more people start playing Graal (say from the GBA release) and joining kingdoms there will be too many green bubbles. :(

Graal Kingdoms should have it's own little chat room thing built in like other online games (Diablo 2).
Then we can have a trading room so we don't get masses every five minutes saying "selling SSJ ring of power" or "buying SSJ ring of charm".
That way they can all go into the chat room and trade there. :)

You dont half suggest that harder ways. Why a program? A Web-based chat client would be good enough. The reason it shouldnt be a Program is because thast what AIM is for and things like that. So yes a few chat rooms would be cool. Then graal Gold once again may be worth paying. As since they took E-mail it was never the same =(

A certain popular MMORPG recently announced a similar feature. Personally I'd like to see a Java client that lets you connect to a server and then send/receive PMs as if you were ingame. Players connecting in such a fashion would have a special icon on the playerlist to show that they're merely there for the chat.

It'd be good if you wanted to talk to somebody ingame and:

A) You don't want to load the Graal client.
B) You don't have the Graal client on the computer.

I know this is never gonna happen, but I just want to mention that i'd prefer a version to be made that has no chatting capabilities.. lol that way I could play while at school when I have nothing to do :P

Add in the caveats you can't be on GChat and Graal at the same time, and you need a registered account to use GChat, and yeah, you're set.

If your on about chat as in MICs, turn off sound.
If your on about message PM's then ignore everyone or play without looking at PMs im sure your teacher wont say ''You have a PM, I knew you were up to something, Detention''
