Gaia needs Development staff

We still need development staff (LAT/NAT/GAT).

You only need to show us a few examples of your work and send it in an e-mail to [email protected] with the subject "Grawl"

The server is improving greatly, and the Organization quality of the server is also improving. Once we get nuff' staff to get the productivity level higher, we will finish the tileset and add it to all the levels.

Shouldn't this have been done before you got online?
Saying we need staff isn't going to draw anybody to you except RC hunters :\

I can tell the difference between the two. The RC hunter never likes to wait for anything, and the honest one will wait, and be polite, and do what we ask them to... Anyway, I only just joined this server a few weeks ago because Amon-ra absouly needed organization help and administrative. I always help new servers, and this is my third one. I will soon leave once I get them back on their feet, and help with Engima, which will be my fourth server I will be "helping" on. I worked on almost all the server for qite a while, but not I am only helping new servers.

Anyway, i'm doing my best, and Gaia is showing improvment in staff productivity and its quality in the past few weeks, so I know im doing something. Just need a bit more help in the GFX dept.
