Download of 'filename.txt" failed.

You should be able to download files that contain 0kb.

Then check the size b/4 you download it x.X It shouldn't allow uploads of 0kb files if you want to go that route.

I want a create button on File Manager
like you can create new txt or level that would automatticly be uploaded

Yes, but I set up a message system so that the staff can leave messages for the Managers.
But sometimes someone clears the text after reading them and it deletes
