So anyways, I heard that role-playing might be revived on 2k1?
 

Well, not that I'm anti 2k2 (far from it), but I enjoy variety every once in a while. I must admit, 2k1 has some characteristics that 2k2 does not, and vice versa. So therefore, because I have heard rumors lately that role-playing on 2k1 will be respawned, I thought I might bring this idea to your attention again (first post only)

It's a simple system to implement. You make yourself 8 or so towns that are the size of what Birdbird made, maybe make walls, place some baddies outside the walls (so you have to fight two different enemies, other city states and the baddies) and let the fun begin.

No huge ssj powerful kingdoms like Dustari, no single handed takeovers, just 8 Karakaze sized kingdoms duking it out through a combination of stragety and alliances. You can worry about things like special weapons per towns and such later on.

Hm...That's a pretty good idea. But the big question is: Will/has Vermain be/been asked if he wants his job back? If he hasn't been able to be contacted by now, the odds are very much against the fact that he will soon.

Any kind of hardcore RPing system won't be on 2k1; this means no Kingdoms, no kind of large-scale organized RPing, etc.

And they doin't have to be kingdom exclusive. All someone has to do is make 8 smaller town with maybe 4 or 5 houses on the map, give each city a tag (a kingdom tag) and I'm sure the rest can role-play as they see fit. No special hats, no secret levels for kingdoms only, just someone helping host events for the city states and "takeovers"

If you tink about it, 2k1 role-playing really wasn't that in depth, there wasn't any big special systems implemented so role-playing could take place. People made most of the things up and they went from there, and it was the best role-playing experiences I've had.
