Graal Setup (EXE)

I have recently reformatted, and tried to download Graal 3 times. I get to the part of the setup where it is supposed to download the ini file, and it fails to download it from wherever it is supposed to be downloaded from. Help! Thanks. :)

that used to happened to me bit i forgot how i fixed it did you try doing this today???
